Most frequent questions and answers

No. We are an advertising and tenant placement service. We help you find qualified renters and will assist with everything down to a signed lease. You remain in control and all decisions are always left up to you. Although we are happy to assit in anyway possible.

The main difference between the two services is that when using our Renter Referrals we simply list the property on our site and “refer” them to you. You screen the phone calls/emails/messages and then schedule and handle the showings. Instead with our Full Rental Solution, we handle everything down to a signed lease.

Payment is not required until after the property has been rented. Only our Listing Service requires $100 when we first come out to get the property listed.
